In the U.S., the top carriers don鈥檛 offer the same network performance. One carrier has significantly outperformed the others over the past six months, according to data collected in network and connectivity expert Ookla鈥檚 latest 鈥淪peedtest Connectivity Report.鈥 The report, which covers data collected between July and December 2024, found that T-Mobile, the third-largest carrier in the U.S., has emerged as the clear leader in overall performance...T-Mobile provides media download speeds 120% faster than its closest competitor, AT&T. Other names falling in popularity include Edward, Erin, Kelsey, Cannon and Emery. "To kick off 2025, BabyCenter looked at the names that are sharply declining in popularity and could be headed for extinction this year," the company said in a news release Thursday. "These are the names we expect to see much less of this year as Generation Beta babies are born."
